Ideology of a man is the mirror of his mind and his life. An ideology is a set of aims and ideas that directs one's goals, expectations, and actions.
I have seen many people, mainly in India, whose ideology in life is very difficult to understand. Some of them are as under.
I am talking specially about the parents, who pressures their child to become they want him/her to be in their life. This is an ideology I simply can't understand still today. If you notice these days, many headlines of newspaples and television news flashing of school children committing suicide. It is clearly seen that the graph of children committing suicide has increasingly gone up. Has there any other ideas to make these parents understand ?
Another ideology of the parents is about the marriage of their children, specially of the son. I've witnessed many people, including some of my friends also, whose parents give their marriage before their silver jublee in life, even if they are not earning. This ideology is also not understandable to me.
Another thing which many of my friends will agree with me that most people in India fears to do some new thing in life. Very clearly they don't want to take risk in their life, and want to play for their life on backfoot. They mainly want some another person to do that work first and if he/she comes out safe then they will try to do the work. Why people not daring to take some risk (in positive move) in their life, which could makeit better? In other words why they don't test/challenge their luck ?

Embrace Mistakes and never repeat them.
Every people in his life, sometimes or the another have done some mistakes. "Making mistakes is not a crime." Many people project making mistakes as a crime. There is difference between crime and mistake. An unintentional doing which yields wrong results than expected is called a Mistake. While people confuse it for a intentional doing and build guilt over it. Crime is against laws & in most cases an intended action. An unintended crime is still a crime, but out of a mistake.
Life does not gives us a eraser, if it would have given one then we would have erased our mistakes done.
"Do not build guilt from your mistakes, build your foundations". Every mistake has a lesson to learn, of how not to do something. It is feedback system of the universe to teach us lessons, make an error correction inside us, and get us closer and closer to the unattainable perfection.
Most of us either ignore/deny the mistake or blame the mistake on somebody/something else. This is the mistake we do with the mistake. The roots of this action of ours are in our childhood. When being right always was what we learnt. This lesson of being right always is totally against real life, and can lead to the three mistakes we do with the mistake. We are always told to answer the questions rightly, do the right things and least allowed to experiment. Hence the efforts to be right always and hence the fear of trying new things and the result is few entrepreneurs in the world.
"A successful entrepreneur is nothing but a cluster of mistakes connected one after the other from the point of start to point of success, with lessons at every node of mistake."
So my dear readers ensure that next time you make a mistake, immediately accept it and grab the lesson it has to teach, and resolute never to repeat it again. Your journey of success will get shortened by thousands of miles with this one attitude.
Never say - "oops! I wish i would not have done that mistake."
Instead Say - "thank god this happened, it taught me the most important lesson. I shall never repeat this again, and shall help all my subordinates anticipate this."
Accept mistakes, learn from them, build great foundations and hence great structures of success above them. I hope this was helpful to all you readers.

Proud to be a Bengali
I think, in India inspite of there are many cultures, the Bengalis are the most sweetest, coolest and the most traditionalists of them all. Since time memorial, the culmination of the varied cultures along with Bengalis and Bengal's very own evergrowing richness has given birth to a unique Bengali culture which can be identified by its colourful & significant contribution to all epochs of all traditional & modern society. Bengal has always held an attraction for the outsiders since the historic times. The land of the fertile soil steeped in culture and tradition drew most of them to Bengal's heart. Bengal's mysticism coupled with its intoxicating charm; Bengal's throbbing heart and its pulsating life has a unique flavour.
"Our pride, our hope, O our language Bengali." The true Bengalis all over the world are very much proud of their language. Culture to the Bengali community is as valuable as air & water to human beings. It is said that, "What Bengalis and Bengal thinks today, the rest of the India thinks tomorrow."
The Bengali people are perhaps the greatest food lovers in the Indian subcontinent. A leisurely meal of many items which requires long hours of labour and ingenuity in the kitchen has long been a major part of Bengali culture. Bengali crusine takes in the five basic tastes of astringent, bitter, salt, sour and above all sweet. Bengalis are infectiously passionate about many things - especially for Fish, Mishti Doi and Rossogolla. It is also said that nothing goes waste in a Bengali kitchen.
Another thing that is recognised with the Bengalis is the greatest social and & religious event of the Bengalis -Durga Puja. It is extimated that nerly half of the clothings of the Bengalis are during these few days. In these few days Bengalis forgot everything about the rest of the world and filled with ceaseless activity - social, cultural and religious. The beating of the Dhaaki and the Kanshor Ghonta, meeting with the old friends gives a immense pleasure to the minds and hearts of the Bengalis.
Bangali means................Kolkata.
Bangali means................Football.
Bangali means................Howrah Bridge
Bangali means................Rabindro Sangeet.
Bangali means....today..... also..........our own Dada, Sourav Ganguly, which makes a Bengali proud.
There are many more things to write and mention about the Bengalis, that makes me proud to be a Bengali.
Can you give any 2 reasons that makes a Bengali so special and so unique .............. Give your comments.

The Government Policies
When the election comes and we vote then we think that whosoever comes to the power should make some helpful and strong policies for the countrymen. The Indian Government, at all levels, announces Welfare Schemes for a cross section of the society from time to time. These Schemes could be either Central, State specific or a Joint collaboration between the Centre and the States. Ther are many policies and schemes have been introduced to the people for their help and easy disposal of their problems and complaints. One of them is the Right to Information Act, 2005 which helps people to query about anything before the Govertment offices, helping them to answer the queries positively by the Public Information Officer in due dates, otherwise a penalty will be posed on the respectice office of official.
Many other helpful policies like this have also been introduced to help people. One very new one is the Unique ID system. But yesterday, a new idea on policy for education was given by the HR minister. The idea was to eradicate the Board exams of 10th and 12th, and a public exam for everyone for the next higher studies. I also think about the 10th Board exam is unnessary, as the marksheet is not being used anywhere except for the Date of Birth. Next as the years are passing, the course is becoming more and more difficult for the students as more and more pressure is created by the parents to bring more marks, resulting in which failing students at a very young age, nowadays, are commiting suicide. Secondly, according to me, apart from the ICSE and CBSE boards, all the state boards should be merged to one board, which contain the same syllabus and hence giving the at par oppurtunities to all the students of the country. Students should also be given the practical knowledge about the subjects and see that what the child is learning about the subjects (besides just completing the syllabus of the course). There should be a board where there is all the subjects should be studied and the students should (from Class 1) be given the option to opt any 4 subjects of their own (excluding the English, Hindi,as it is the National language & the regional language of the state). This will make a child to focus on the subjects which will help them in their long term career goal and ambition in life.
Next, all the corruption occurs in education system is during and in the exam of the education pattern. So it is necessary to impose one Central Education governing body, which takes control and operates the education system throughout the country, which will surely lessen the corruption in the education system.
It is a very long term and also difficult task to make an education system as I have stated. But I still think that this is possible, to make all the children in our country to become literate (by giving free and cumpulsary primary education to all, like the Uniue ID which is compulsary) and also, a strong and one education system should be imposed all over the country. Please feel free to gice a comment on the ideas about the education I have stated.
