5 year plan of the Indians

I just came across this data, while surfing, that Indian 11th 5 year plan, has a large amount of data, cut, copy and paste from the first one. I really wonder if laying 5 year plans for a country is going to help (it definitely will, but is there a better alternative), for, when I have been for innumerous talks, and when i questioned people as to their plans are the next 5 years,or just say for the next 3 years, More than 99% of them sit blank.

My dear friends, entire youth fraternity in colleges of this century, is not having a plan of action for themself for the next 5 years, what do we speak about having a 5year plan for the country. I do not say, 5 year plan for a country should not be there. It does help infrastructure, technology and upliftment of places and people. But, more importantly, my stress is on the fact that, if there is 35% youth (100% of future of our country) population in our country, and if they have a plan of action, with each one deciding plan of action for their studies sector, profession sector, contribution to society sector, charity sector etc. Trust me! its not my intuition alone that speaks at this moment, but logical thought process is also uniting with this thought, that our country will develop much sooner and be much more organised in every sense.

I totally agree, and I am not a paranoid who says 5 year exact plan is easy to layout. But lets atleast set it for the next couple of years. We stop planning, because of the no. of failures of our plans we would have gone through during our school days in putting down our time tables and not being able to keep up to it. Lets resolve atleast at this point, that we (the readers of this blog and people who will get to know about this through you as you would promote this to them) shall have a plan of action for different sectors and stick to it, atleast for the next two years.

Majority Youth of india is totally going random. Most youth have this answer when i ask them : "So what are you planning for future?". The answer is :"I am yet to plan". or "I am not sure". Or "let me see". or "I have still not given a thought". My dear friend you are already 20-25 years old and you have still not given a thought. Kudos to people who have an action plan. But others, its time to open your eyes. Just see the youth of the countries of the east. They think for their future beforehand, when they are in their school, and that is why they are much progressed and developed than us. Think.........

My simplest statement/slogan/quote that would sum up everything -
"If the people of country have a plan for the next 5 years, country is planned for next 5 years". Any other plan is going to be a bonus.

And if we plan and think properly for our future, then it will be much easy to handle the problems that will come in our way. This will also make our life more easy and happy. So Just try to plan for the future from today only. Make a 5 or say 3 year plan for yourself.

Life after school and college days

Today, when I was coming in front of my old school, where there was the "Result declaration day" today. On seeing this, my mind went back to my old days when we used to be very happy and tense also on the days of our final result daclaration. Tension of marks got and excitement of promotion to the new class.

For many college students, graduation and thereafter is the worst time of your twenties. You trade late night parties for early morning commutes and mom and dad’s monthly allowance is, well, gone. But growing up doesn’t have to be miserable and mundane; it can actually be rewarding and fun. Nine long years have passed since I have left the school, but it seems to be just of yesterday. I also have gone through this time of my life where everything I used to do or try becomes very difficult for me. Sometimes life tests us, our confidence and ability. This is the time of our life when we have to give these tests to gain confidence in life. And the result of these tests which life takes, gives us the oppurtunity to get the next promotion in life to the next level.

But after this great phase of college also goes by and after that the busy schedule of college timings, class works, exams and results is no more. Spending most of the time with parents, new releases, late night roaming, computer games, parties, and sports channels make the daily routine. This leisure reminds me of “An idle man’s mind is a devil’s workshop”. Anything not like devil and Devine, but an idle brain makes ourselves get rejuvenated and brings our hidden thoughts and interests into light. Only when the mind is still and there is no anticipation creation comes. As long as you are looking forward to an experience, you are pursuing an achievement.

If we look around, and search for our old collegues and friends, the city seems deserted of them as they are wandering of obvious reasons. Most of them have already joined, many are in a vacation, and some are waiting for the call from the company and to my sorrow few are still searching and they were in a hunt.” A hunt for a purpose, A hunt for knowledge, A hunt for the stomach, A hunt for a career and a hunt for a life”. At times my inner voices used to ask me “Had I become lonely and alone?”. With a bit of pain I answer by saying that my days were transformed from my long chats to limited, my friendly touches to mystic imaginations, my distant walks to a simple exercise, my longest rides to a few kilometers, my admission name into the alumina list and my text books to home decorators…………

A small sort of pain and unhappiness rouses in my humble heart after thinking all these things but it still could not prevent me from doing so. Mean while a phone call from a benevolent friend, SMS saying “I MISS U A LOT ” from a classmate, an E-MAIL from a much waited friend,a different news from the college ………makes things vivacious and lively and put me back into elegant school/college life.
Spending days with all these vulnerable memories and hoping for a bright future ahead with my new job……………. I put my hand on my naïve cheeks looking into the galaxy starting my imagination “WOW!!!!!!! HOW NICE THE COMING DAYS GONNA BE………..”
